Stress, Anxiety, Depression, OCD
I can help you overcome stress, debilitation anxiety and depression, and control the effects of OCD. Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a highly effective therapy that combines psychotherapy and hypnotherapy. It helps you concentrate on the solution, not the problem itself, so there is no stirring up old trauma or looking back to the past.
The first 45 minute session is free. I will explain the way your brain works and why you feel as you do, and then in subsequent sessions, work with you to get the real you back again. These sessions feature about 40 minutes of talking therapy and 20 minutes a deeply relaxing hypnotherapy and should leave you feeling uplifted. Usually 8-12 weekly sessions will get you back on top of things.

Don’t let Phobia control your life
Fears and Phobias can be debilitating and stop us doing things we want to.
Sometimes they affect things we previously loved doing, sometimes they have always been there. Whether it is a fear of flying stopping you taking that trip, a fear of spiders, vomiting or claustrophobia. There will be different techniques used to deal with them, but they will never involve holding a tarantula or “confronting” the fear.
Treatment will involve a combination of therapy, and hypnosis.
Fear of Flying
Fear of flying and travel related phobias can have a huge impact on your life and restrict access to many enjoyable activities and family holidays. For example, this phobia can severely affect your ability to do your job if you have to travel for business.
Simple relaxation can be learnt through hypnosis to help you find coping mechanisms to put aside your distress, relax and even enjoy the experience.

My aim is not that you give up for a month, a year….. I want to know in 5 years from now, you are still not smoking. Using neuroscience, explaining how you brain works, a session of hypnosis and an MP3 for you to listen to whenever you want to, we can get results that have been shown to be more effective than patches or nicotine substitutes.
